It had a business collaboration with Walmart previously and for this, we often found Murphy Gas stations besides Walmart’s store. But in the year 2016, the company announced opening its own in-house gas station. Murphy conducts an official survey called Tell Murphy to maintain its growth by taking feedback from its customers.

How to Take Tell Murphy Survey?
There are two procedures to take the survey.

You have to keep your purchase receipt as the required data for the Murphy Online Survey will be printed on it.

You have to put your survey code there and time of your visit.

After this, you have to answer all the survey questions.

When you answer all the survey questions, you will receive an entry to their sweepstakes.

One receipt is valid for 1 online survey only.

There is no entry limit for the Murphy Customer Survey.

Prizes to be Won, Entry Periods and Winner’s Notification:
By taking the survey successfully you will receive an entry to the Tell Murphy Sweepstakes and you can win a $100 Gas Card for free.
Winners will be chosen by a random draw each on the 10th day of the following entry period. 20 grand prize winners will be selected during every entry period.
Winners will be notified via telephone and postal mail address.
Prize Rules for Murphy Survey:
- All taxes that are applicable to the prize are the responsibility of the winner only.
- If the winner cannot reply to the notification within the time his/ her prize will be forfeited.
- An alternate winner will be awarded from the remaining valid entries.
