Consumers can pay their medical or hospital bills online that they receive in the mail at www.mymedicalpayments.com offered by MyMedicalPayments. This safe and secure online bill payment portal is a physician billing service provided and managed by Reimbursment Technologies Inc.
Apart from making secure payments MyMedicalPayments users can review their account balance, update billing address, view statements, account history, billing details, the amount of charge, and more.
Sign into MyMedicalPayments
MyMedicalPayments is a convenient, quick and alternative way for the users to pay the medical bills over the web. To access the service you need to sign into a MyMedicalPayments account online using your Account Number that can be found at the top right corner of the billing statement or detachable part of the document. To complete the process you can follow the steps provided below.
- Go to MyMedicalPayments at www.mymedicalpayments.com
- Enter the Account Number in the specified field (If you have trouble to locate the number on your statement click the “Where is My Account Number?” link next to the fields).
- Select one of the three alternatives from the Patient’s Date of Birth, Last 4 Digits of Patient’s Social Security Number and Patient’s Phone Number in order to verify your identity.
- Enter the respective information of the chosen option.
- Accept and check the box of Terms and Condition.
- Click the ‘SIGN IN’ button.
To Make Payment
MyMedicalPayments users have three options to pay their medical bills. Paying online is probably the most convenient and fastest of them. Though there are also other two options to choose for making your payment.
Pay Online
For free online payment, log in your MyMedicalPayments account; navigate to the payment section where you can pay the bills through the electronic debit from your select checking account providing the required information.
Pay by Phone
To pay your bills over the phone, call 1-800-355-2470 and speak with a patient representative and follow his/her instructions to make the payments. The phone payment service is available from 9.30 am to 4 pm on Monday-Friday.

Pay by mail
To pay the bills via mail, send a check or money order along with the detachable portion of the hard copy of your billing statement to the mailing address on that statement. This is the longest process of making payments as you have to allow a few days for the mail to travel and process your payment.
