- Select your preferred language to continue in.
- Enter the survey number from your HomeSense, Winners, or Marshalls receipt To ensure that your feedback reaches the respective TJX Canada Store. (If you cannot locate the code, take a look at the sample receipt image on the left of the page to find it on your receipt).
- Click on the “enter” button below the entry field to begin the survey.
- Answer all the survey questions based on your experience and rate your satisfaction level.
- Provide the required details at the end of the survey and you will automatically join the relevant daily and weekly prize drawing contest.
Phone or SMS Entry:
Apart from the online survey, you can also opt for the telephone or SMS Survey and participate in the sweepstakes if you are eligible and have the survey invitation receipt customers can take for a chance to win prizes. To complete the TJX Survey by phone, you need to call the toll-free number on your HomeSense, Winners, or Marshalls receipt. And provide the necessary details from the receipt and respond to the survey following the voice prompts.
To take your HomeSense, Winners, or Marshalls Customer Survey by SMS, text your responses to the number provided in your survey invitation. After successful completion, you will have the opportunity to give your sweepstakes entry information and register for the applicable drawing period.
How To Enter TJX Survey by Mail?
If you have not a valid HomeSense, Winners, or Marshalls receipt or survey invitation or you just do not want to take any survey, you can use Mail-In Entry. In this method, you have to send a request letter.
In the letter write “Please enter me in the Empathica Daily/ Weekly Sweepstakes for a chance to win one Daily Prize/great prizes”. Include your first name, last name, home telephone number, full address (No PO Box), and email address on that paper sheet.
