What Laddr.io is

Most of the problems we write about are small and infuriating. The sign-in page moved. The card portal wants an account number rather than an email address. The survey link on a receipt has expired. The rewards balance is somewhere behind a menu nobody can find.

Laddr.io exists to close that gap. Each guide covers one service and answers the practical questions in order: where the real page is, what it expects from you, how to register from scratch, and what to do when the obvious route fails.

What we cover

We publish across login help, credit cards, tech, surveys, finance, online payments, banking and rewards.

We are independent

Laddr.io is an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of any company, bank, retailer or service we write about. Company names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the service a guide describes.

Because we cover surveys, sweepstakes and rewards programmes, one point deserves saying plainly: we do not run sweepstakes, administer surveys, issue gift cards or award prizes of any kind. We only explain how the operator’s own programme works. See our disclaimer.

We never ask for your credentials, and we never collect them. We do not operate a login portal and cannot access, reset or recover anybody’s account. Every guide points you to the official website of the service so that you enter your details only on the real site.

How we work

Our editorial policy sets out how guides are researched, how we verify a web address before publishing it, and how corrections are handled. If a guide is out of date, telling us is the fastest way to get it fixed.

How we pay for it

Laddr.io is free to read and funded by advertising. Ads are served by third parties and labelled as ads. Advertisers have no say in what we publish and no advance sight of it. Our privacy policy and cookie policy explain what advertising partners collect and how to opt out.
