Laddr.io grew out of a simple observation: the services people deal with every day — banks, card issuers, retailers, survey and rewards programmes — are usually explained worst by the companies running them. The sign-in page moves, the receipt code expires, the rewards balance hides behind a menu, and the official help article assumes you already know where to start.

Web addresses are checked against the service’s own site before a guide is published, and guides are revisited whenever a reader reports that something has changed.
