Sign In To PSU WebMail Online Account
You can get access to the PSU WebMail account by joining the Penn State authorized website. When you get the access to the login page then there will be two blanks and you have to log in to your online account by providing the user ID which can be such as, xyz6000 and then, input the secure password of your account. You have to follow the same process if you are using the online direct page or you are using the protected system.
Register for the account
To log in you have to go to, www.webmail.psu.edu
Here, at the middle left side of the page, click on, ‘Login to webmail’.
- You will be taken to the next page, and here at the left side, under the ‘Login’ button in yellow, click on, ‘Create a Penn state account’.
- On the next change, you have to scroll down, before that read the information given there, and click on, ‘Continue’ in yellow.
In the next page, you have to type,
- First Name
- Middle Name (optional)
- Last Name
- Suffix (optional)
- Maiden Name (optional)
- Month
- Day
- Year
- Legal Sex (optional)
- Social Security Number
- Then, click on, ‘Next’.
You have to follow the prompts after this and you will be able to register.
Logging into the account
For this, you have to go to, www.webmail.psu.edu
Here, at the middle left side of the page, click on, ‘Login to webmail’.
You will be taken to the next page, and here on the left side, you will have to enter,
- The user ID
- The confirmed password
- Then click on, ‘Login’ in yellow.
Forgot username or password
If you have lost the login details of PSU WebMail Online Account, then you need to go to the same page login box, here, under the ‘Login’ at the left side you will get the option for, ‘Forgot my user ID?’.
Here you have to input
- Last Name
- Your birth date
- Then you have to choose among the ID, email address, and the SSN.
- After this type the same.
- After typing this you have to click on, ‘Next’.
For Password, click on ‘Forgot my password?’. for this you have to input,
- The user ID
- After typing this you have to click on, ‘Continue’.
Do follow the prompts after this and you will get back the details.

The Complete Process To Logout Of The WebMail
If you need to complete the current tasks or you have to send or save any message. In just the next step, you have to click on the option of ‘Logout’ and you will find it on the navigation bar. After this, you will get a new window which will ask you to finish log out or go back to your mail. Here you have to press on the ‘Logout’ button, just to completely log out from your online account.
