- Here, at the middle left side, you will have to input the survey code and the time of your visit to KFC.
- Then press on ‘Start’ in red.
- If you don’t have the survey code then just at the upper side of the survey code blank, press on ‘Click here’.
- On that page, you have to input Store number, Date, Time and Ticket number.
- After inputting the details press on ‘Start’.
- If you need information then you can check the right-hand side receipt page.
- Now you have to answer the survey questions and give a rating based on your overall experience.
- Then provide your personal details to finish the KFC Feedback Survey.
